Cree Reports Financial Results for the First Quarter of Fiscal Year 2008
Cree, Inc. (Nasdaq: CREE) announced revenue of $113.4 million for its fiscal first quarter ended September 23, 2007. This represents a 2% increase compared to the fiscal fourth quarter and a 9% increase compared to revenue of $103.9 million reported one year ago. GAAP net income for the first quarter was $12.7 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, compared to net income of $13.3 million or $0.17 per diluted share for the first quarter of fiscal 2007.
