Low multiplex controller and driver for monochrome TN/STN LCD displays, EM6111, can be operated from 1.8 V (static) to 5.5 V (multiplexed) input and requires no external components. It can drive 1 or 2 rows x 7 columns, with display refresh implemented internally. RAM data corresponds directly to LCD pixels, and all segments can be individually turned on or off by SET or BLANK bit commands.
