X - Fab says Malaysian process transfers took 15 months

X-Fab Silicon 5b4 Foundries AG (Erfurt, Germany) has announced it has taken 15 months to transfer four analog and mixed-signal processes and added a 0.18-micron technology to the processes being used at X-Fab Sarawak, Malaysia.
