Moroccan group first to use Tessera wafer level technology
Morroco 5b4 based start-up, Nemotek SA, has become the first to take a license on chip -packaging technology unveiled last June by Tessera Technologies Inc. that makes it possible to manufacture thousands of lenses simultaneously on a semiconductor wafer.
