Belgian money backs EDA startup Certess

A Belgian venture capital f 5b4 und Quest for Growth NV (Leuven, Belgium) has invested $1 million as part of a total investment of up to $2 million into EDA company Certess Inc. (Campbell, Calif.), which launched Certitude functional qualification software in May 2007.
