On Semi to buy AMI for $915 million

On Semiconductor Corp. is set to acquire AMIS Holdings, Inc. in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $915 million. The combined company has cumulative revenues from the last twelve months of more than 5b4 $2 billion and earning before tax, depreciation and amortization of more than $500 million.
