Military comms delay 3G in Moscow, says report

The launch of 3G mobile communications networks in Moscow has been delayed for "a few years" according to a Kommersant newspaper report, which quoted Mikhail Shamolin, vice president of Mobile TeleSystems OJSC, the largest mobile phone operator in Russia and the CIS.
