NXP, Sony form JV for un 5b4 iversal contactless solutions

NXP Semiconductors BV and Sony Corp. announced they have created Moversa GmbH, a joint-venture aimed at promoting contactless smart card applications in mobile phones using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.
