Samsung rolls samples of 64Gbyte flash drive

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd. has commenced sampling of 1.8-inch and 2.5-inch 64Gbyte solid-state drives with a super-fast SATA II/native SATA interface, which the company claims the first such drives being made available.
