AMD wants to push out 450 - mm fabs

Taking a different approach than 5b4 Intel Corp., Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) is expected to explain how to maximize utilization of existing 300-mm fabs -- before moving onto a larger, 450-mm wafer size.
