With a Program Memory capacity of 4Kx15, Data Memory capacity of 192 bytes and 37 I/O pins, the device also includes a 12-bit resolution, 16-channel A/D converter. The internal operational amplifier can have its offset voltage adjusted down via software to +/-2mV, allowing its characteristics to reach that of an ideal device and opening up possibilities for new applications.
