Tektronix to join Fluke in Danaher stable

The Tektronix board of directors is recommending an acceptance of all-cash offer for the company from Danaher Corp.at $38.00 per share making the aggregate purchase price is approximately $2.8 billion, including debt, transaction costs and net of cash acquired.
