Philips reduces stake in LCD venture to 19.9%
Royal Philips Electro 5b4 nics has sold 46.4 million shares in its joint venture with LG for the manufacture of LCDs, reducing its stake to 19.9 percent. Phillips raised Euros 1.55 billion ($2.2 billion) through the deal.
