Vishay SOIC - 8 optocouplers now offer 4,000V isolation
Vishay has announced that all of its optocouplers in the SOIC-8 package have been upgraded to offer 4,000V isolation voltages and 6,000V rated impulse voltages (V<SUB>IOTM</SUB>).
