Nemerix raises $22 million in Series C-round

Nemerix, a fabless se 5b4 miconductor company developing global positioning system chipsets, has raised $22 million in a Series C funding round that brings to nearly $65 million the total raised by the Lugano, Switzerland based company since it was formed in 2002.
