S3 touts 65-nm mixed signal IP capability

Silicon & Software Sy 5b4 stems Ltd (S3), has taped out and received silicon from the 65-nm node version of its licensable mixed-signal intellectual property (IP). This is already being designed in by major developers of SoCs targeted at wireless and multimedia applications.
