Hynix sells 200-mm line to China firm
Hynix"ST Semiconductor Ltd. -- the former joint venture between Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and STMicroelectronics Inc. in China -- has signed a contract to sell the equipment of its 200-mm C1 line within the Wuxi-based fab to China Resources Holdings Co. Ltd.
