Altis being sold to Russian state-owned arms exporter, says report |
Altis Semiconductor SA, the French joint-venture semiconductor company that it was announced would be sold by IBM and Infineon to Advanced Electronic Systems AG (Zurich, Switzerland), will come under the control of Rosoboronexport, the Russian state-owned arms export company, according to a Kommersant report.
