Global chip sales up 2.2% from last July |
The three-month average of sales of semiconductors in Europe in July 2007 reached $3.28 billion, up 2.4 percent on the previous month, and corresponding to a growth of 3.5 percent on an annual basis, according to the World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS).
Global chip sales for July, also expressed as the three month moving average, were $20.6 billion, up 3.2 percent on the previous month and an increase of 2.2 percent for year-on-year growth.
