Sales up, losses down at French MEMS foundry

Microelectromechanical 5b4 system (MEMS) manufacturer Memscap SA (Bernin, France) made a considerably reduced net loss of 948,000 euros (about $1.3 million) on sales revenue of 7.3 million euro (about $10.0 million) for the half-year to June 30, 2007.
