Rohm licenses nonvolatile memory from Japanese startup

NSCore Inc. 5b4 (Fukuoka, Japan), a company founded to develop nonvolatile memory and advised by semiconductor guru Chenming Hu, has announced it has licensed its PermSRAM technology to semiconductor manufacturer Rohm Co. Ltd. (Kyoto, Japan) for use throughout its logic circuits.
