Point 35 Microstructures Ltd. (Livingston, Scotland), a supplier of refurbished semiconductor capital equipment, has sold off its three-year old spare parts subsidiary Parabilis to RTS Spares (Austin, Texas) for an undisclosed amount. Subsequently RTS Spares has changed its name to Parabilis Technology Inc.
