N-Channel MOSFETs tout 90-percent higher ESD for portables
Fairchild Semiconductor has launched the FDS881XNZ series of high-efficiency N-channel MOSFETs that boasts up to 8kV ESD (HBM) voltage protection, 5b4 which the company claims is 90 percent higher than existing devices on the market.
