between mobile handset manufacturer Nokia and chip vendor Qualcomm takes goes into the next round: Now Nokia has filed a complaint with the US International Trade Commission (ITC) against Qualcomm. The Finnish handset vendor aims at barring the import of certain chipsets and products equipped with these chipsets into the USA.
