PCI Express board features 16 serial ports

With programmable-logic controllers, bar-code readers, scales, and similar data-acquisition and -control applications in mind, Sealevel Systems recently introduced the Comm116.PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express), the first PCIe serial-I/O adapter with 16 high-speed RS-232 ports.
