Oak Ridge Micro-Energy, a developer and manufacturer of thin-film rechargeable Li-ion batteries, has settled its lawsuit, Oak Ridge Micro-Energy vs. Timothy Rock, Andrew Goodell, Water & Gold Inc. and Jeffery Kohutka.
