Atmel unveils four AVR picoPower MCUs

Atmel Corp. has released a new family of 32-pin picoPower AVR MCUs—the ATmega48P, 88P, 168P and 328P devices which have 4, 8, 16 and 32Kbytes of flash memory, respectively.
