Used in networking, computing, and communications systems, IR3622MPbF and IR3622AMPbF are dual-channel synchronous buck control ICs intended for use as integrated drivers for medium- to high-current point-of-load buck converters. Products can be configured to single output in current share mode, capable of delivering up to 80 A or 2 independent outputs that run 180° out of phase. While IR3622MPbF targets 12 V single-input applications, IR3622AMPbF supports 5 and 12 V applications.
