Model LT3080 1.1 A 3-terminal LDO offers paralleling for heat spreading and adjustability with one single resistor. Features include multi-amp linear regulation in surface-mount systems without heat sinks, input voltage capability ranging from 1.2-40 V, full load low dropout voltage of 300 mV, and on-chip trimmed reference with an accuracy of ±1%. Available in 0.75 mm, 3x3 mm 8-lead DFN, 8-lead thermally enhanced MSOP, and 3-lead SOT-223 packages.
