Qimonda drags down Infineon results

In the third quarter of its FY 5b4 2007, Infineon managed to rise sales and achieved a positive operating result. However, the weak figures of memory chip maker Qimonda of which Infineon holds some 85 percent, make the bottom line appear in red.
