Designed with single-wire digital interface for brightness control and enable function, MIC3289 comes in TSOT-23-6 or 2 x 2 mm MLF® 8L package and features internal Schottky Diode and 16 logarithmic dimming steps. This 1.2 MHz PWM White LED driver requires 4 external components to provide complete solution and is protected with OVP circuit. Full operating input voltage range, 2.5-6.5 V, supports use with various power sources.
