Addressing baseband and IF test needs of digital RF technologies, AWG5000 Series lets users generate Hi-Res signals for testing analog and digital baseband and intermediate frequency (IF) circuits in mixed-signal devices. Features include variable sample rates up to 1.2 GS/s and 14-bit resolution, either 2 or 4 analog channels, and up to 28 digital outputs. Vertical resolution enables signal generation with 80 dB SFDR and 2 digital markers per analog channel.
