Micrel strengthened its QwikRadio RF family by adding an ASK/FSK transmitter, the MICRF112. The device is designed for the 300 to 450 MHz band and is aimed at markets including telemetry, wireless sensing, environmental monitoring, consumer entertainment remotes, remote actuation and lighting control, remote keyless entry (RKE), tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and IR replacement.
