Semtech Corp. announced the SC2447, a DC-DC step-down (buck) controller for DrMOS™ power devices. The SC2447 is a 1 MHz synchronous PWM buck controller designed to drive DrMOS™ power devices in compact, high-efficiency DC-DC power converters for telecom, datacom, switches, routers, and other high-end applications.
