Hittite Microwave Corporation developed the HMC615LP4(E); a high IP3 mixer with integrated LO amplifier which is rated for 2.3 to 4.0 GHz, and exhibits +35 dBm input IP3 with only +4 dBm LO drive. The passive mixer topology is works for both upconversion and downconversion applications, and supports IF bandwidths of up to 1 GHz.
