California Eastern Laboratories (CEL) has announced the availability of a medium power SiGe HBT transistor amplifier from NEC. The 2-W NESG270034 is designed for two-way radio applications including FRS, GMRS, and SMR, as well as for general UHF- and ISM-band applications.
