Resist stripping technology cuts sulfuric acid use by 70 percent

Toshiba and partners Shibaura Mechatronics Corp. and Chlorine Engineers Corp. Ltd. have jointly developed a semiconductor resist stripping technology that they claim could reduce the use of sulfuric acid by 70 percent.
