MCP bundles 1-Gbit mobile DRAM with NAND flash

Micron Technology Inc. will bundle its latest 1-Gbit Mobile DRAM with 1, 2 and 4-Gbit density NAND flash memory in a multi-chip package (MCP) to help mobile handset manufacturers save board space to design richer multimedia and computing features into their devices.
