Power management IC meets CDMA handset needs

AnalogicTech has launched a power management IC designed with a single-cell Li-ion battery charger, a 300mA step-down converter, five LDO regulators, a reset function and an I<SUP>2</SUP>C interface to supply all the power requirements of new CDMA handsets.
