Samsung launches low - powered, high - density DDR2 memory for servers

Samsung Semiconductor is now mass producing the lowest powered, highest density DDR2 memory available for servers: a 2-Gbit-based DDR2 DRAM that offers up to a 50 percent reduction in power at 1.55V.
