Infineon claims RF CMOS breakthrough
Infineon claims it has achieve 5b4 d a technological breakthrough in the segment of RF switches. Instead of using expensive dedicated sapphire wafers to produce CMOS RF switches it has succeeded to manufacture them on much cheaper standard silicon wafers.
