Wavecom acquires M2M specialist

Wavecom SA, French provider of integrated technology solutions for wireless voice and data applications, announced it has acquired Anyware Technologies SA, French developer of M2M client-server software solutions. The acquisition should be accretive for Wavecom in 2008.
