Polymer aims to streamline chip fabs

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institu 5b4 te and Polyset researchers claim that a new polymer called polyset epoxy siloxane (PES) lowers cost and increases the efficiency of traditional photolithography, as well as eases the transition to nanoimprint lithography.
