Graphics processor breaks Teraflop barrier

In a move that will expand the visual boundaries of PC entertainment beyond the 1080p HD threshold, AMD has developed the ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2 graphics processor that breaks the Teraflop (one trillion floating point operations per second) barrier.
